Callen Bair represents plaintiffs and defendants in
commercial and business disputes, with a focus on coal,
construction, and mortgage-related litigation.
Ms. Bair joined Leitman, Siegal, Payne & Campbell,
P.C. after graduating with honors in 2011 from Emory University School
of Law, where she was a staff member of the Emory Bankruptcy
Developments Journal. Her Comment, "Twisting the Trustee's 'Strong Arm':
Constructive Notice in Section 544(a)(3) Adversary Proceedings" was
published in Vol. 27, No. 2 of the Journal.
Ms. Bair did her undergraduate studies at Princeton
University, where she obtained an A.B. in Art History.
After graduating from Princeton in 2005, Ms. Bair
first worked as a gallery assistant at a contemporary art gallery in New
York, and then joined the start-up business publication Condé Nast
Portfolio, where she was the assistant to the managing editor and
also wrote a blog about the art market titled "Figure Painting."
Ms. Bair is a member of the junior boards of Studio
by the Tracks and the Robert E. Reed Foundation.
