Ms. Gidiere's civil litigation practice is
concentrated in complex business and commercial litigation,
securities arbitration and litigation, and closely-held shareholder
disputes and litigation. Ms. Gidiere has both prosecuted and
defended claims upon behalf of corporate clients arising out of
uninsured business risks, including contractual disputes and
business torts. She has represented clients during external SEC
investigations and civil litigation. Her representation has been
nationwide, but is primarily regional within the Southeast. The
largest concentration of her work over the past several years has
been representing high net worth investors, including corporate
investors, and investment advisors in arbitration and litigation
relating to wide-scale fraud by brokerage houses and management
firms arising out of the use of structured financial products.
