Mr. Sinclair is a Birmingham native who served in
the United States Marine Corps (1985-1991) prior to attending the
University of Alabama. While at the University of Alabama, he
received the award for Most Outstanding Undergraduate in Finance and
graduated with distinction in 1995. After a brief stint in the
finance industry he received the Harwell G. Davis Presidential
Scholarship to attend Cumberland School of Law at Samford
University. Mr. Sinclair then went to work for a large defense firm
where he routinely represented automotive manufacturers and
insurance companies. He has served in a national counsel role in
State and Federal Court, Multi-District Litigation, and coordinated
litigation in Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky,
Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia
and litigation arising from foreign venues.
Mr. Sinclair now devotes 100% of his practice to
litigation including insurance claims governed by ERISA and state laws,
commercial litigation, complex litigation including class actions, and
wrongful death litigation. He is routinely asked to contribute to CLEs
and articles on these subjects.
