Mr. Taylor represents plaintiffs and defendants in
commercial and business disputes of every nature. His practice
includes mineral rights disputes, regulatory and legal procedures
for the extraction of coal, oil and natural gas, construction
litigation, business torts, contract disputes, real estate disputes
and shareholders' rights. Mr. Taylor has extensive experience as a
courtroom advocate and litigator having tried numerous cases in both
federal and state courts and before all the major arbitration
panels. In addition, Mr. Taylor has spoken frequently at continuing
legal education seminars and to local civic groups.
