Mr. Wadsworth represents plaintiffs and defendants
in business and commercial litigation, securities arbitration and
litigation, and closely-held shareholder disputes and litigation.
Mr. Wadsworth is a native of Auburn, Alabama and a 2003 graduate of
Auburn University. Mr. Wadsworth graduated from the University of
Alabama School of Law in 2009 where he served on the managing board
of the Alabama Law Review. Before joining Leitman, Siegal, Payne &
Campbell, Mr. Wadsworth worked for a New Orleans law firm
representing plaintiffs and defendants in commercial and business
disputes. Mr. Wadsworth is licensed in both Alabama and Louisiana.
