Miles Clayborn Williams is a Huntsville, Alabama,
and is a 1995 graduate of Auburn University where he earned his
Batchelors Degree and a Masters Degree in financial accounting. Mr.
Williams subsequently earned his law degree from Samford
University's Cumberland School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.
Mr. Williams' achievements at Cumberland included service as
Executive Editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and
induction into Curia Honoris. After law school, Mr. Williams clerked
for Justice Hugh Alva Maddox of the Supreme Court of Alabama.
Thereafter, he served Justice Jean Brown of Alabama's highest court
as a Staff Attorney before entering private practice, where he has
focused upon trial and appellate work before numerous federal and
state jurisdictions involving business litigation matters for both
plaintiffs and defendants.

matters, including business disputes, estate matters, class actions and
multi-district litigation.
